1. Professional Service Standards
Jaya Bali Massage is a provider of professional, therapeutic massage services. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, or requests for non-therapeutic services.
- Our therapists have the right to terminate a session immediately if they feel uncomfortable or threatened.
- In such cases, the full service fee will still be charged, and no refund will be issued.
2. Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings: Appointments can be made via our website or official WhatsApp.
- Cancellations: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Service Area: We provide services to hotels, villas, and private residences within our designated coverage areas in Bali.
3. Client Health & Safety
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies (especially to massage oils), or injuries before the session begins.
- We are not liable for any health complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
- We do not provide services to individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are as listed on our website or confirmed via WhatsApp at the time of booking.
- Payment must be made directly to the therapist or via the agreed-upon method (Cash or Bank Transfer) immediately after the session is completed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jaya Bali Massage and its therapists shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings during the service. We recommend keeping your valuables in a secure place (such as a villa or hotel safe) during your session.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
