A: No, you don’t need to worry about a thing! Our therapists bring everything needed for the session, including fresh towels, massage oils, and any necessary equipment. You just need to provide a space where you feel comfortable to relax.

Q: Are your therapists professionally trained?

A: Yes, absolutely. All Jaya Bali Massage therapists are experienced, well-trained, and vetted to ensure they meet our high standards of professionalism and traditional Balinese healing techniques.

Q: Is this a professional therapeutic service?

A: Yes. We provide strictly professional and therapeutic massage services only. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any inappropriate behavior or requests. Our goal is your health and relaxation.

Q: How can I book an appointment?

A: Booking is easy! You can book directly through our website or send us a message via WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 1-2 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

A: Of course. Whether you prefer light, medium, or deep pressure, please communicate your preference to our therapist at the beginning of the session so they can tailor the treatment to your comfort.

Q: What are your hygiene protocols?

A: We accept cash (IDR) and bank transfers. Payment is made directly after the service is completed.
